What is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is Rs.50 and free on a purchase of Rs.500 or more in India. However, this does not imply for International orders.

How long will it take for the slime to be delivered?

The slimes will be delivered within 7 working days.

What's included in my package?

All packages come with the items that you've purchased, extra(s), a bag of Borax and a slime care instruction/business card.

Do you guys accept any returns or exchanges?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges since slime is a handmade product and can change its consistency overtime after uses.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the manufacturing/production of our handmade product, we do not allow any cancellations. All sales are final.

Are these slimes safe for kids?

Absolutely. They are 100% safe and non-toxic, made with the best quality of ingredients. Each slime is hand-curated and it takes over 16+ hours to make. They are recommended for age 5 and above.

How do I track my package?

Once you place an order, an email will be sent to the email ID that you have provided with your order. This email will also contain your Order ID. In our website, under ACCOUNT, there will be an option provided to TRACK YOUR ORDER. Once you click on it, fill in your Order ID and your Email ID. All the information regarding your order and your order's delivery status will be provided.
